Welcome to Room Booking
The Hall provides reasonably priced facilities for many local groups and is available for booking by indiviuals, groups and organisations seven days a week. Bookings are accepted from individuals living in the Balsall Common and Berkswell areas wishing to use the facility for meetings, parties etc, and from commercial and other organisations wishing to use the facility to provide a service to the local community.
To book a room at the Balsall Common Village Hall, please refer to the booking schedule below. To request a booking send a signed copy of our Hire Agreement, please make sure you give at least one weeks’ notice before the event to enable time to receive documents and pay in advance. An arrangement will be made to view and explain the facilities before the event. If booking a party, please use the book a party button below.
