Balsall Common Village Hall was built by public subscription in 1907 and had been modernised and well equipped to provide excellent facilities for a wide range of activities.  The hall has full disabled access and facilities.

There is a private car park, with capacity for 24 vehicles.  In addition there are three spaces at the front of the hall, which hirers can designate as disabled spaces if they wish.  These spaces are adjacent to the disabled access into the hall, and are also used by speakers bringing their own equipment for use at the hall.

The Hall provides very reasonably priced facilities for many local groups and is almost fully let 7 days of the week. There are two rooms available: Main Hall and the Committee Room.

Over the last few years the Hall has been refurbished- new toilets, including disabled; new double glazed windows; refurbished kitchen; car park tarmaced and marked out.

The next project is a small extension to the side of the Committee Room to provide a kitchen area another disabled toilet and improve the disabled access to this room.

The Village Hall is a registered Charity and welcomes village support.
